Corvara in Badia is one of the pearls of the Dolomites, in Italian Tyrol, renowned as one of the most beautiful mountains in the world.

Nestled at 1,568 metres at the foot of the Sassongher massif, Corvara is a Ladin resort framed by breathtaking views, a renowned centre for winter sports and summer outdoor activities, but also the place where meeting exclusive cultural and gastronomic experiences. The exceptional character of Corvara in Badia makes it a very popular destination for celebrities and connoisseurs from all over the world.

Overlooking the small square in the historic centre, on the exact spot where the City Hall stood until the early 1980s, the Chalet Valbuna consisting of just three very large, luxury flats is currently being completely renovated (one has already been sold, while the other two are still available).

The chalet, built with high quality materials and with ideal acoustic and comfort performance, will also take care of energy saving.

Enhanced by large windows and generous open terraces overlooking the enchanting surrounding Alpine panorama, each residence will be delivered completely finished, taking care of every detail according to top-quality specifications (for further details see the “The project” section). Buyers can, however, request to personalize their flat, either in terms of layout or finishings, to best suit their own needs and taste.

The building will be classified in energy class “CasaClima C” or higher, therefore with a thermal index of 70 kWh/(m²*a) or less. The building’s energy index will be certified on completion of the work following checks and tests by the CasaClima Agency of the Province of Bolzano, which will issue the appropriate documentation.

The Penthouse

The entire third and fourth floor of the project are dedicated to an exceptional residence: the panoramic penthouse, which will have a covered area of 340 sqm and 4 terraces for a total of 75 sqm.

The penthouse is accessed by a lift which opens directly into the private entrance on both the third and fourth floors. On the third floor the large entrance hall leads to a wonderful 85 sqm living room with double exposure on the terraces. On this floor the kitchen, the courtesy bathroom, a large laundry room, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The fourth floor is entirely dedicated to the two large master bedrooms, each overlooking its own terrace and the private Spa.

The penthouse will have four external parking spaces in front of the building, four covered parking spaces and two private cellars/ski-rooms. Covered parking spaces and ski-room are accessible directly from the flat via the lift.

Thanks to its privileged position on Sellaronda, the hike around the Sella massif, in winter with skis and in summer with the bike, Corvara offers unforgettable skiing holidays and active holidays in the most unspoilt nature.

Renowned ski area with modern lifts and slopes always perfect for the needs of the most expert skiers. There are 1,200 km of Dolomiti Superski slopes available, including the very close and famous Gran Risa, scene of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup in the specialities of giant slalom and parallel giant slalom. And, after a day on the snow, let yourself be carried away by the festive atmosphere of the après-ski in the region’s refuges.

In summer, as well as discovering the surrounding mountains on foot or on two wheels, you can also go horse riding: there are several riding schools of the famous Haflinger breed, typical of the area. Don’t miss a game of golf on the Tranrüs de Corvara, a 9-hole green at an altitude of 1,700 m, considered the highest in Europe.
