Nestled in fir and pine forests, the chalet is a secluded mountain retreat set in its own private grounds and accessed by a private road. Perched at 1500m, it offers uninterrupted panoramic views over the Rhone Valley and ski-in/ski-out access to the 4 Valleys ski area.
Built with escape in mind, the chalet has a serene, contemporary interior with Asian accents throughout. Reflecting the owner’s heritage, the chalet is a fine example of East meets West, showcasing their Shinto beliefs and Eurasian heritage in the interior’s textures and materials. The chalet is set over four levels and the entrance can be found on the ground floor. The Japanese-style entrance hall leads you into a open-plan living room with a bespoke copper fireplace and huge glass sliding doors, showcasing impressive views of Haut de Cry across the Rhone Valley.
Across from the living room is an elegant dining room comfortably seating 16 guests, and a sitting room. Just off the living area is a winter garden, furnished with sofas and armchairs for a relaxing spot to enjoy the uninterrupted views.
The chalet is able to accommodate 12 guests in six en-suite bedrooms.
Each bedroom is named after a celestial animal to provide good luck, happiness and prosperity to its guests. “Snow Lion” on the top floor of the chalet is the most spacious bedroom. Also on this level is a TV/Club ski room from which you can ski in and out. Four more double bedrooms are located on the first floor and the sixth bedroom, “Brown Cow”, can be found on the ground floor.
Designed to nurture the body, mind and spirit, the chalet offers a series of wellness facilities including an outdoor hot tub, hammam, sauna, meditation room and yoga room. A number of treatments are also available to enhance your well-being.
Another highlight is the state-of-the-art glass-fronted wine cellar which boasts a magnificent, privately-owned collection of fine wines to tempt even the most discerning oenophile’s palate. For entertainment, the chalet is equipped with a professional soundproofed cinema room. Finally, an office/TV den and library provide further space to take some time out.

The chalet is perched above the charming, traditional village of Veysonnaz at 1500m. Away from the crowds and the queues, its residents prefer the slopes to themselves. With empty pistes on one’s doorstep, but with the vast and exciting region where all the resorts of the 4 Vallées are within easy reach (Verbier is just over an hour away), Veysonnaz is truly a hidden gem.
Despite its secluded location, the chalet is a mere 15 minutes drive away from Sion – which is serviced by its own airport, heliport, and train station. Less than 2 hours drive from Geneva and less than 3 from Zurich, our chalet is easily accessible by our international guests.
The ski resort of Veysonnaz is one of the gateways into the largest ski domain in Switzerland: the 4 Vallées. This white paradise extends over 400 km of slopes of all levels. Snow is guaranteed from December to April, right down to the foot of the slopes with over 200 artificial snow making devices. Linking Veysonnaz, Thyon, Nendaz and Verbier via Mont Fort on skis is not a dream, it is a reality! Snow sports enthusiasts can enjoy pure pleasure on a variety of slopes.
