Lürssen Delivers 139m Superyacht Luminance

Luminance, 139m Lürssen | Finest Secrets

The 138.8-metre superyacht Luminance, built by Lürssen, has been successfully delivered. Launched in February 2023 at the Bremen Vegesack shipyard in Germany, the 9,861 GT vessel departed from Lürssen’s Lemwerder facility and is now en route to Kristiansand, Norway, where it will be officially handed over to its owner.

Luminance finished her second round of sea trials in September of last year, where she was seen cruising along the Weser River. With her sleek, extended bow and striking deep blue hull, Luminance showcases exterior styling by Espen Øino International. Her interior design was conceived by Zuretti Interior Design, and her naval architecture was expertly developed by her German builder, Lürssen Yachts.

The Lürssen superyacht successfully completed her initial sea trials in April 2023, highlighting her striking profile. Designed with ultimate luxury in mind, Luminance features two touch-and-go helipads—one positioned at the bow and the other on the aft upper deck.

Luminance offers an array of luxurious amenities across her four-deck layout, including two lavish Jacuzzis on the upper deck and a spacious swimming pool at the stern. Private foredeck terraces on three decks provide guests with serene, secluded spaces to unwind. The superyacht also features expansive lounge areas on her aft decks, allowing guests to take in breathtaking panoramic ocean views.

The superyacht is wrapped in an abundance of expansive windows, flooding the spacious interior with natural light. Luminance is currently ranked as the eighth largest yacht ever built by Lürssen.
