For lenders, GLORIUS offers a strong yield, flexibility, and maximum security: Lenders receive first mortgages on residential and/or commercial real estate in the United States, along with an appraisal from a state-licensed independent appraiser and are payees in the homeowners’ insurance policy.
The funds for the loan remain with the lender until shortly before the closing and will be wired directly to the appointed title company or closing attorney in the United States.
GLORIUS is currently increasing the amount of committed funds for lending. Lenders could be fund- and insurance companies, pension funds, foundations, banks (non-US), family offices, high net worth individuals and many others.
