I played rugby for a decade and even played a season of rugby overseas in Cape Town, South Africa. I used to coach youth rugby and hope to one day get involved in coaching again. Nowadays, you can find me wrestling my four children and hanging out with my beautiful wife on Saturday mornings instead of hanging out at the rugby pitch.

I have lived in Wilmington, North Carolina three times in my life. However, I grew up in Houston, Texas. My favorite thing about living on the coast is the ability to go for a walk on the beach at dusk and to be home in time to put the kids to bed.
